hi,can anyone help,my cat went missing monday night to cut a long story short he got hit by a car and is in the local vet clinic they wont let us bring him home untill bill is paid,we are on benefits with children , the vet bill up today is £360.09pmanaged to get £130.00 danated from 2 charities,every night he is there they are billing £20.00 per night,any advise please
